Please submit the Request Form for Certification of Conferral of Doctor's Degree when you apply for the certificate issuing system. 【Application and Submission Method】 Select "Other Certificate" under "Type of Certificate".->Attach your Request Form for Certification of Conferral of Doctor's Degree to the "Attachments" section under "Mailing Options." ->Please write "Certification of Conferral of Doctor's Degree (Japanese)" or "Certification of Conferral of Doctor's Degree (English)" in the "Remarks" column. |

Number of days from application to acquisition
It usually takes approximately 1 week to issue the certificates in Japanese, and the certificates in English may take approximately 2 weeks. Please note that it may also take some time for the certificate to be mailed to you.

Applications are accepted through the system, but certificates can only be issued by mail.
Administrative fees for services
Postage and issuance fees are required for applications through the certificate issuing system. Please note that once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
